EXECUTIVE CHEF, HANS VOGELS

Noodle Bar in Toronto is spearheaded by Executive Chef Hans Vogels hailing from Moncton, New Brunswick. Formerly trained with the likes of Susur Lee and Marc Thuet, he found his way to Momofuku in 2012 and has been here ever since. Growing up with exposure to his grandfather’s dairy farm, and his experience cooking Asian influenced cuisine, he’s passionate about bringing you ramen and steamed buns using fresh Ontario ingredients, food sustainability, ramen, and steamed buns, he exemplifies Momofuku, the Toronto way.

LOCATION

Momofuku Noodle Bar is located at 190 University Avenue in downtown Toronto, just steps from Nathan Phillips Square, The Art Gallery of Ontario, The Four Seasons Centre, Roy Thompson Hall, and many popular attractions.

A sister restaurant to Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York, Noodle Bar Toronto is helmed by Executive Chef Hans Vogels. The menu features bowls of ramen, shareable meals, and a roster of dishes like steamed buns and rice cakes. It also includes an extensive beverage list with a full range of beer, wine, and cocktails.

We’re open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.

We have mainstay items such as ramen and buns all year round. Our menus are also constantly evolving based on market availability and the Canadian seasons.
