This meal is our latest take on a Noodle Bar original large format―Caviar & Fried Chicken Meal 2.0, if you will. Inspired by cold fried chicken with caviar from Wylie Dufresne’s WD~50 and traditional Peking duck service, two chickens are fried whole, carved, and then paired with your choice from a selection of caviar and fish roe. Chive crepes, white miso cured cream cheese, ramen-seasoned shoestring potato chips, cucumbers, and scallions round out the meal. There’s no right or wrong way to eat the Fried Chicken & Caviar Meal, but we suggest to start by making wraps by topping the chive crepes with chicken, caviar, and sauce.
Noodle Bar’s Fried Chicken and Caviar Meal serves 4 – 6 guests. We offer the Caviar and Fried Chicken at dinner. The meal is available 7 nights a week at 5, 5:30, 6, and 9 pm. Please allow 48 hours notice before your desired booking date.

Option 1 – Fried Chicken with:
4 oz of Chum Salmon Roe – wild caught chum salmon roe from British Columbia, lightly seasoned with ginger
4 oz of Atlantic Sturgeon Wild Caviar – wild caught Atlantic Sturgeon caviar from New Brunswick

Option 2 – Fried Chicken with:
4 oz of Smoked Wild Golden Arctic Char Roe – wild caught and smoked in Quinault Indian fisheries in Washington state
4 oz of Atlantic Sturgeon Wild Caviar – wild caught Atlantic Sturgeon Caviar in New Brunswick
