Caviar and Fried Chicken


Please note: On New Year’s Eve, we will be offering more Caviar and Fried Chicken meals than on a standard day with additional time slots. However, there will still be a limited number available.

Noodle Bar’s Caviar and Fried Chicken Meal serves 4 – 6 guests.

This meal is our latest take on a Noodle Bar original large format―Caviar and Fried Chicken Meal 2.0, if you will. Inspired by cold fried chicken with caviar from Wylie Dufresne’s WD~50 and traditional Peking duck service, two chickens are fried whole, carved, and then paired with your choice from a selection of caviar and fish roe.

Chive crepes, white miso cured cream cheese, ramen-seasoned shoestring potato chips, cucumbers, and scallions round out the meal.

There’s no right or wrong way to eat the Caviar & Fried Chicken Meal, but we suggest to start by making wraps by topping the chive crepes with chicken, caviar, and sauce.

We offer the Caviar and Fried Chicken at dinner. The meal is available 7 nights a week at 5:00, 5:30, 9:00, and 10:00.
